THE POP! GOURMET EXPERIENCE

At POP!, we pride ourselves at putting out a great product and providing the best popcorn experience with every single order. Our Popcornologists make each flavor in small batches using only premium gourmet popcorn, the finest ingredients and lots of care. We love what we do and the popcorn we make and are confident you will too!

PRODUCT CARE

Our products are packaged in a high quality food-grade plastic bag that contains a laminate coating and sealed immediately to preserve flavor and freshness. Keep the bag sealed and closed until you are ready to eat it. This will help maintain its freshness. We recommend that POP!corn be eaten within 30 days of ordering. We cannot guarantee freshness beyond 30 days. Remember, popcorn is a perishable product!

Once you finish snacking on our POP!corn, we recommend that you repack the product in airtight containers and keep at room temperature. Do not leave the popcorn outdoors. Do not refrigerate, freeze, reheat or microwave our product. It is important to keep heat and humidity away from popcorn to maintain freshness. Simply stated, the best way to take care of popcorn is much the same as you would take care of a loaf of bread to prevent it from getting stale; don't leave it out too long, repackage and seal it when finished and don't leave it exposed to the elements!


ORDERING ON OUR ONLINE STORE

1.If you have a Groupon or LocalTwist number, you enter it during the checkout process. On the checkout page there is a box to fill out with your code. Enter it, and hit the apply button.

2. There is a limit of one social coupon or Groupon per order.

3. There is a limit of one recipient address per order. We cannot process multiple recipients addresses on a single order. Each recipient must have a separate order.

4. During checkout, you will be asked if you wish to include a gift message. If so, please fill out your message in the indicated field.

5. Please make certain to complete the recipient address information carefully. We cannot be held accountable for incorrect address information and cannot change the delivery information once the order has been placed.

6. We cannot cancel an order once it has been placed.

7. We only accept payment with credit or debit card. We accept all major credit cards.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

1. Your order will be shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx.

3. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Street address only.

4. We only ship to Continental US addresses. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii or overseas.

5. We cannot ship to an APO address or FPO address. We are unable to guarantee freshness of product shipping to APO/FPO.

6. Delivery address information cannot be changed once the order has been placed. Be accurate in completing your recipient's address information.

7. If placing an order during the summer months, please remember that chocolate melts and therefore, should not be left outside exposed to the heat. Between late Spring and early Fall, orders placed during the latter part of the week will not ship (unless the addressee is a next day delivery) till the following Monday/Tuesday to avoid having to sit in a distribution center or on a truck over the weekend.

8. We shall ship orders within 24 to 48 hours of placement. During the holiday season, it may take up to a week to ship your order

9. For multiple orders to the same address, we reserve the right to combine them into a single shipment.

10. Shipping rates are based on the total product cost and weight of your order, after any discount, coupon, or other offers.

ALLERGENS

Our popcorn is a made in facility that processes nuts, soy, gluten and dairy products. We cannot guarantee against cross-contamination.
